"Representation that is visible, accountable, and genuinely yours."
The PSU has strong foundations but there is a growing gap between its structures and the students it serves. That gap ends here.
I am running to make representation real: visible to every postgraduate, responsive to every concern, and accountable on every outcome.
As a postgraduate in Psychology and a 40+ hour volunteer in PSU and Student Life, I know where the system works and where it must improve.
Student feedback has often been unclear and delayed. Class representatives are given significant responsibilities without consistent support from the Union.
At times the Union has not been sufficiently visible to class representatives yet they were expected to engage in important policies without adequate backing.
The issue is not the absence of structure, but the growing gap between implementation and structure. My aim is to close that gap, for every postgraduate at UL.
Better support structures, clear communication channels, and ongoing guidance so that class reps can genuinely advocate for students with the PSU firmly behind them.
Students deserve to know what happens after an issue is raised. Accessible, clear updates on decisions and outcomes. Representation that is visible, not hidden.
Supporting postgraduates in raising concerns across research and academic committees with particular focus on funding, supervision, and academic procedures.
More career-focused, academic, and skill-based workshops for postgraduates including professional development, employability, and research skills beyond graduation.
Working closely with the President and VP Engagement for a unified front in student advocacy combining engagement, support, and academic representation.
"This role is more than representing it's representing effectively."

Every postgraduate student should know exactly how to reach the PSU and exactly who represents them.
